A responsive grouped bar chart showing desktop and mobile values across six months. It uses the 8bitcn chart wrapper and a bordered tooltip, with no component props.

Installed with shadcn add · 1 workaround · theme from the install docs
- applied the registry's theme (tokens, fonts and CSS from the registry preview settings)
Installation
pnpm dlx shadcn@latest add @8bitcn/chart-bar
Requires @8bitcn in the registries of your components.json (shadcn adds official directory namespaces automatically).
Usage
usage.tsx
import ChartBarMultiple from "@/components/ui/8bit/blocks/chart-bar";<ChartBarMultiple />- Compare two related data series across a sequence of categories, such as desktop and mobile usage by month.
- Show a compact monthly comparison in a dashboard or analytics panel.
- Use when a responsive chart with hover details is useful and the sample data can be replaced in the source.
Accessibility
- The component does not provide an accessible name, description, or accompanying text summary for the chart; add these in the surrounding interface.
- Provide the underlying values in a textual or tabular alternative for users who cannot interpret the visual chart.
- The series are differentiated by color, so include clear labels and do not rely on color alone.
